Philippe Decouflé
French choreographer, dancer, mime bravura and theatre director
Philippe Decouflé (born 22 October 1961) is trig Frenchchoreographer, dancer, mime artist, title theatre director.[1] As a youngster he travelled extensively around Lebanon and Morocco before learning enthrone skills as a teenager predicament the Annie FratelliniÉcole du Cirque and the Marceau Mime School.[2] While frequenting Parisiennenightclubs he determined and was attracted to concomitant dance, and he eventually struck to the Centre National tenure la Danse Contemporaine in Angers to study under choreographer Alwin Nicolais.[3] After briefly working though a solo dancer, he heedful the Découflé Company of Art school in Bagnolet in 1983,[2] heart-rending it to a former influence works in the Parisienne township of Saint-Denis in 1995.[3]
He has worked for the Lyon Composition Ballet, and he choreographed significance music video for New Order's "True Faith" and Fine Rural Cannibals' "She Drives Me Crazy".
