Ryze Champion Update Changes

Next up we have a various tweaks & changes for Ryze's champion update that is recently testing on the PBE!

    • Active Unsteadiness - now Grants Sona 16/17/18/19/20 + 8% per 100 Worth out of combat movement at once for 7 seconds.
    • Melody duration further to 3 seconds from 1.5
    • Melody AP ratio increased to 6% per 100 AP from 4% per 100 AP

Bug Fixes rationalize 6.14

While these will not just all of the bug fixes for next patch, here's RiotMEMEMEMEME with a list of a few of the bug fixesthe unit is tackling in 6.14:

We’ve been eye-catching into different ways to stimulate back visibility on some realize our patch-to-patch bugfixes and inlet a bit of light supremacy what caused the bugs hand down how we went about fitting them.
